MAKING CRUMMY PHOTOS USEABLE  

Ideally, you'd always get great pictures that require little to no editing.  As any photographer knows, this isn't always possible!  Whether it comes down to a low budget with limited equipment, time crunches, or poor photography conditions, sometimes you just don't get the shot you wanted.  At the end of the day, the only option is to make due with what you've got.  Drag the arrow across the images below to see how these crummy photos looked before I turned them into useable content.

MAKING STOCK PHOTOS YOUR OWN

So you've discovered the beauty of copyright and royalty free stock photo websites!  The problem is, everyone is pulling their content from the same pool of stock photos.  One solution is to take these photos and make them your own.  Here are a few examples of how I've used photoshop to improve upon and tailor stock photos to make them unique and cohesive with a brand.  Drag the arrow across the photos to see what they looked like before editing.
